Job Description

Job Purpose:The purpose of this position is to monitor and control the supply chain management for all supported consumer channels and make sure system configuration are implemented on time to avoid any sales transaction issues. The role holder is empowered to directly take operational decisions at contribute towards the business meeting their sales and customer experience targets as logistics is a key contributor to ensuring business performance on the ground. The role holder is accountable to provide an accurate stock forecast and stock trend report to allow business to plan for risk management as well as create CRs and develop resolutions to improve operational performance.Key accountabilities:

  1. Orders and returns for all supported channels.
  2. Fulfill all customer requests through wincash and wincash closing on daily basis.
  3. Provide end of day cash to G4S on daily basis
  4. Establish and follow a continuous performance improvement plan for self and the team managed in order to ensure continuous personal and professional development.
  5. Motivate the team to consistently better perform against KPIs in order to achieve productivity and process improvement efficiencies.
  6. Continually develop own skills and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of system and work.
  7. Develop and work closely with sales team to design and implement work processes, instructions and methods ensuring they are applied in a seamless and consistent manner in order to achieve required support levels for the channel.
  8. Update warehouse and management to provide stock forecast based on weekly sales and re-order stock based on requirements received from stakeholders.
  9. Ad hoc reports
Qualifications, experience, skills:Minimum experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in telecom industry. Good understanding of logistics and supply chain projects and areas- an advantageMinimum education: Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing Knowledge and skills: Fluency in English written, spoken. Added advantage if fluent in Arabic. Excellent communication, planning and analytical skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications specifically excel and power-point Ability to respond positively under pressure and work to tight deadlines Proactively act and react to different situations that require urgent decision-making and operational support and effect quick turnaround Excellent inter-personal skills and ability to communicate effectively in person Self-motivated, with a CAN-DO attitude, drive, initiative and deliver against results Creative problem-solving and resolution skills with an attitude focused on achieving win-win outcomes
