  • System Implementation Support:
    • Assist in the end-to-end implementation of the new system, working closely with senior team members to contribute to customisation, testing, and deployment.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration and data security.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with HR leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the system meets organisational needs.
    • Provide support in building and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external partners, including software vendors/consultants.
  • Training and Change Management:
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies to support the smooth adoption of the new system.
    • Assist in providing training and support to HR teams and end-users, ensuring a successful transition to the new system.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Assist in documenting project milestones, issues, and resolutions throughout the ATS implementation process.
    • Contribute to the generation of regular reports on project progress and key performance indicators.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Actively participate in discussions on process improvement and optimization opportunities related to HR technology.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in HR technology.
Qualifications & ExperienceQualifications:Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in HR, Information Technology, or any other relevant fieldExperience:5+ years of experience in HR System implementations or similar projects.Knowledge/skills:
  • Strong interest in HR technology and a desire to build expertise in this area.
  • Working knowledge of Avature ATS/Onboarding/CRM systems is preferably
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to the success of the system implementation project.
