We specialize in Project Management, Fabrication, Construction, Engineering Services, and Turnkey Solutions, with a focus on the civil engineering sector. Our commitment is to uphold ethical business practices, foster innovation, and maintain our position as industry leaders.We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager specializing in Civil Works to expand our portfolio and client base in the civil construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and understanding the intricacies of civil construction projects.Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities in the civil construction sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Understand client needs and coordinate with the engineering and project management teams to propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and present business proposals that align with client requirements and company capabilities.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and potential project opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop promotional strategies.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, particularly in the civil construction industry.
  • Strong network within the construction sector, especially in the UAE market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
