Business Development Executive - DubaiAbout ONDA:Join ONDA, a trailblazer in digital transformation for the hospitality industry. With a strong presence in Korea and expanding globally, we offer innovative solutions to modernize hotel operations. Our mission is to empower hotels with technology that enhances efficiency, boosts revenue, and improves guest experiences.Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role involves forging strong relationships with hotel chains, introducing our integrated IT solutions, and collaborating closely with local partners to tailor our offerings to meet the unique needs of the hospitality industry in the region.Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry.
  • Present and promote ONDAs holistic IT solutions, including our next-generation Property Management System (PMS) and Central Reservation System (CRS).
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure our solutions meet the specific requirements of our clients.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand our market presence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Hotel Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the hospitality, travel, or technology sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM software; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different cultures and disciplines.
Language Skills:
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Knowledge of Korean and Arabic is highly advantageous, as it will greatly facilitate communication with our diverse client base and partners.
Training and Collaboration:
  • The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program on ONDAs products and services.
  • Post-training, the role involves working closely with our esteemed partners in Dubai to ensure seamless integration of our solutions for our clients.
