With a focus on quality HR services/placement services, Esquare Services has built strong relationships with clients and job seekers nationally and internationally.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will need to work collaboratively with Inside Sales /Sales team to execute Sales activities for Esquare Services and provide exceptional support to clients. The Responsibilities include tasks like Lead generation, Cold calling, Business Development activities and building relationships.Position Overview:As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a pivotal role inestablishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients for our SaaS product. You willbe responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and providing necessary supportafter the onboarding process. . The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion fortechnology, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in a similarrole.Responsibilities: Proactively identify and target potential clients through various channels, including coldcalling, email outreach, social media and on-ground market visits. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed aboutindustry trends. Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and qualify them as potentialclients. Schedule and conduct product demonstrations, effectively articulating the valueproposition of our SaaS product. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers andinfluencers within target organizations. Collaborate with the Customer success to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leadsand provide necessary support after the onboarding process. Assist in the development of sales collateral, presentations, and proposals to effectivelycommunicate the features and benefits of our SaaS product. Keep detailed and accurate records of interactions with leads and clients using CRMsoftware. Gather and communicate market feedback to the product development team tocontribute to the enhancement of our SaaS product based on client needs.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, preferablyin the SaaS industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Familiarity with the automotive industry and maintenance processes is a plus.Benefits: Salary: 2,500 to 3,000 AED and market competitive commission structure. Professional development opportunities.
