  • Change Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the system implementation project goals.
    • Identify key stakeholders and create tailored engagement plans to ensure their support and involvement throughout the change process.
  • Communication Management:
    • Design and implement effective communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about the system implementation progress, benefits, and impact on their roles.
    • Collaborate with internal communications teams to create engaging and informative materials.
  • Training and Development:
    • Assess training needs and develop a training plan to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to use the new system.
    • Coordinate the delivery of training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure users are proficient in system functionalities.
  • Resistance Management:
    • Identify potential areas of resistance and proactively address concerns through targeted interventions.
    • Work closely with project teams to develop strategies for overcoming resistance and fostering a positive attitude towards change.
  • Metrics and Measurement:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and effectiveness of change management initiatives.
    • Regularly assess and report on the adoption and impact of the system, making adjustments to the change strategy as needed.
Qualifications & ExperienceQualifications:Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development, or any other relevant fieldExperience:5+ years of Proven experience in change management for HR System implementations or similar projects.Knowledge/skills:
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
