  • Overseeing Novotel Bur Dubai & Ibis Styles Sharjah, Talent & Culture department in the areas of recruitment, compensation & benefit,performance management, labor relations, trainingand organizational development.
  • Ensure the Talent & Culture Department conforms to the policies and procedures as laid out by law and management with a high standard operating system.
  • Make day to day decisions based on company priorities & targets.
  • Performs as the hotels coach and encourages employees career growth.
  • Behaves and acts as role model, embodying the brand mindset
  • Responsible of planning, organizing, leading and supervising training processes within the cluster.
  • Ensure that all training activities are completely aligned with Accor Academy calendar.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years expereince in similar role in a 4-5 star hotel
  • Degree holder
