Eathos currently operates in more than 41 branches across the 2 countries with 8 Cloud Kitchens and up to 15 Virtual Brands.As the Commis (Butcher), you are in-charge in taking large sections of meat and break them down into small portions as per the company standards. You will prepare meat for the kitchen/outlets? use by means of wide variety of processes. You will be responsible on handling, deboning, trimming, tying, grinding, or tenderizing cuts of meat such as beef, chicken, and lamb. You will be assigned at the Central Kitchen of Eathos under the supervision of the Executive Chef.What you will do:

  • Cut, bone, or grind pieces of meat for the outlets and Central Kitchen as per the company standards
  • Sharpen and adjust cutting equipment tools such as knives, grinders, or meat saws.
  • Follow sanitation standards when cleaning equipment and working areas in order to prevent meat contamination
  • Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery and keep inventory of meat
  • Store meats in refrigerators or freezers at the required temperature
  • Clean equipment and work areas to maintain health and sanitation standards
  • Monitor the adequacy of supplies in all kitchen sections and estimate the daily production needs
  • Follow the recipes and methods of production and presentation of the Central Kitchen
  • Comply with the regulations of safety and hygiene standards as per HACCP and Dubai Municipality guidelines
