Working across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia, GMG has introduced more than 120 brands into its markets.About the Role:To be responsible for preparing and cooking variety of meals in accordance with company standards and guidelines. Ensuring that the food is of the high quality and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Able to manage a small team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, culinary skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective customer service and assist customers throughout the day as per the standards and guidelines to promote sales.
  • Stocking shelves with items such as fruits and vegetables.
  • Responsible for preparing the section to trade before store opening as per standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Display the product based on FIFO and ensure that damaged or expired product are removed from the shelves.
  • Coordinate in obtaining stock from the warehouse to the selling area and replenish stock as per the display guidelines.
  • Maintain self-hygiene standards and adhere to the uniform policy.
  • Ensure that waste/damaged goods are properly recorded for stock accuracy.
  • Ensure that prices are accurate and clearly visible to the customer.
Required skills & Qualifications:
  • Attentiveness and patience for customers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Active listening and effective communication skills

  • Flexibility to work in shifts.
  • Must be proficient to communicate in English.
