Our client is looking to hire a 2 - 5 PQE Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions Associate who has experience advising on M&A, joint ventures, private equity, venture capital investments and corporate reorganisations to join their corporate team.About The RoleIn this position, your responsibilities will include preparing, crafting, and negotiating corporate and commercial documents, performing due diligence, composing advisory memoranda as well as creating proposals and credential statements. A key aspect of this role will be collaboration with clients, fostering relationships with colleagues, and supporting business development efforts.
