Our focus is on high-efficiency and energy-saving solutions for domestic and commercial applications, and we have over 27 years of experience serving customers across the GCC regions.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Counter Sales position located in Dubai. As a Counter Salesperson, you will be responsible for working with customers to determine their needs, answering their questions about our products, and recommending the right solutions to meet their requirements. You will need to meet sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Build and grow a distribution network to effectively market our wide range of electrical products to the UAE retail market.
  • Prepare and implement effective sales models/strategies to enhance the efficient and profitable operation of the store, in accordance with the Company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and manage showroom inventory.
  • Actively identify and develop potential sales prospects.
  • Evaluate and advise measures to maintain showroom aspects: overall ambiance, organizing stock and displays, and layout.
  • Network with other retailers and dealers of electrical items.
  • Associate with suppliers to add new products to our retail portfolio.
  • Coordinate with all other departments.
Qualifications
  • Good Communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency ERP, Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
  • Minimum experience of 4 years as a sales representative, retail sales representative, or similar roles in the electrical industry (Middle East preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of showroom operations, industrial trends, and sales strategies.
  • Good contacts and relations with suppliers UAE Electrical Market
