Job Description

Customer Care CoordinatorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Oversee the center?s daily administrative operations.?Coordinate doctor schedules, customer/patient appointments, and coordinate customer/patient flow.?Coordinate with center staff.?Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.?Handle patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.?Support center finances, including billing related to appointments & packages?Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.?Support with and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.?Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other external parties.?Report any maintenance of center facilities and equipment.?Monitor inventory of supplies and initiate reordering when necessary.?Prepare regular reports on center operations and performance.Requirements:?Bachelor?s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.?Proven experience in healthcare administration or a similar role.?Excellent leadership and organizational skills.?Strong communication and interpersonal skills.?Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.?Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical laws.?Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.?Empathetic and patient-centered approach.
