JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibilities:. Develop visually compelling graphics for various marketing campaigns, social media platorms, print materials, and digital assets, catering to a multicultural audience. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to understand design requirements and deliver design solutions that align with our brand guidelines and objectives. . Ensure designs are culturally sensitive and resonate with the target audience in different regions. . Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality and creativity. . Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work.Requirements:. Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs for both English and Arabic audiences. . Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills. . Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). . Strong understanding of visual communication principles, typography, and layout design. . Ability to adapt design styles and elements to cater to different cultures and preferences. . Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for staying at the forefront of design trends. . Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required. . A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to handle constructive feedback to refine designs
