Role Overview:We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Front-End Developer to take full responsibility for the development and optimization of our website and ERP interface. The ideal candidate is an expert in modern front-end technologies, obsessed with delivering outstanding user experiences, and deeply committed to site performance and aesthetics. This individual will work independently, utilizing the latest tools and AI technologies to boost productivity and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities:Development and Optimization:

  • Build, optimize, and maintain responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces for our website and ERP system.
  • Use the latest front-end technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to ensure fast, high-performance applications.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes into interactive, pixel-perfect interfaces.
  • Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility, delivering a seamless user experience.
Performance and User Experience:
  • Continuously improve site speed, load times, and responsiveness to deliver the best user experience.
  • Implement performance optimization strategies, including lazy loading, efficient asset management, and code splitting.
  • Apply modern animations and interactive elements to enhance user engagement while maintaining performance.
AI Integration and Productivity:
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and solutions to streamline development tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and AI trends to implement innovative solutions in the development process.
Ownership and Independence:
  • Take full ownership of the front-end architecture, ensuring maintainability, scalability, and clean code practices.
  • Work independently to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions without requiring supervision.
  • Proactively ensure the site and ERP systems maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
