It is linked to the Al Ghurair Shopping Centre, only 3 stops away on the Dubai Metro from the Dubai World Trade Centre and a 10 minute drive from Dubai International Airport.You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. What you will be doing:
  • Consistently offer a professional and friendly greeting, and provide engaging service.
  • Assist guests regarding food and beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way.
  • Ensure that all menus, check folders are cleaned and in sufficient quantity.
  • Review the Reservation book, pre-assign designated tables and follow up on all special requests.
  • Be familiar with hotel services / activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
  • Assist in Administrative tasks such as: Buffet tag, email bookings, etc
  • Assist in the opening and closing of the outlets.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English is essential.
  • A professional and polished appearance is required to make a positive first impression.
  • Calm and effective in handling unexpected situations.
  • Capable of juggling multiple tasks during peak service times.
  • Collaborative spirit to work seamlessly with colleagues.
  • Knowledge in MS Office and Food and Beverage System is an asset.
  • Additionally languages, such as Arabic, Turkish and French, is an advantage.
Additional InformationVisa requirements:Please note that you must be eligible to live and work in Dubai.
