Aftersales Business Planning to join the Group Aftersales, Al-Futtaim Automotive.This role will lead the Aftersales Business Planning division, responsible for developing a midterm plan based on market forecast, annual budget planning, performance management through monthly review with each division, ?KPI standardisation, dispersion management at site level & data reporting for all Aftersales functions, i.e. Service, Body & Paint, B2B Parts / Tyres / Battery / Lubricants, Accessory and Internal services across Al-Futtaim Automotive aftersales in UAE and International markets. The business planning function will also develop and implement customer retention products and manage aftersales program/project implementation progress.?The role will manage the governance of budget and carry the performance review with all markets on aftersales and submit a monthly executive board pack with explanation on variances vs plan, risk and opportunities.The role is an integral part of the Aftersales Central of Excellence team connected with Al-Futtaim Automotive brands ? in UAE, Oman, Qatar, Kenya, Sri Lanka, and Egypt. The role will report to the Managing Director ?
