Job Description

One of our clients is a leading integrated marketing communications agency, located in Dubai are looking for a HR Generalist to play a pivotal role in handling the full spectrum of HR functions with a focus on recruitment and onboarding processes. This position reports directly to the Head of HR cum COO.Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers.
  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
  • Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist in performance management processes including goal setting, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects to improve overall employee experience and engagement.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in human resources or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the media or advertising industry.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Immediate availability to join the team.
