Job Description

Human Resources Business Partner | AMW Capital Leasing & Finance PLC | Union Place, Sri LankaKEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate HR Strategy for AWMCL in liaison with CEO and Group HR Director and execute strategic actions plans to manage all HR related functions.
  • Ensure labor and regulatory compliance in all aspects of employment across the organization and ensure people practices are in par with industry standards
  • ÿDrive employee engagement across business to optimize talent engagement and execute action plans to improve employee engagement
  • Formulate end to end Talent Acquisition strategies and find new platforms to fast-track recruitment to minimize recruitment lead time.
  • Drive all internal stakeholders towards HR Excellence by key talent retention, succession planning, HR automation and talent management.
  • Draw out action plans and strategize to maximize Retention while working towards Attrition minimization.ÿ
  • Play an advisory role in creating and managing a lean and multi-skilled workforce whileÿÿsupporting and facilitating the implementation of business structure reorganization and consolidation to deliver efficiencies.ÿ
  • Ensure annual manpower budgeting exercise is conducted accurately and ensure Manpower Cost is well managed with industry standards.
  • Provide guidance on HR Policy formulation and execution while ensuring all protocols are aligned with internal policies and procedures.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to extract group synergies, consult and support line managers across the business units to create efficiencies.ÿ
  • Execute Learning & Development initiatives in liaison with the Group L & D team to drive the promise of a learning organization.ÿÿ
