Despite its size, this location is extremely diverse, employing people of different nationalities. Here, the focus is on refurbishment of business & private jets, including preparation and modernization of cabins.As part of our team you will...

  • conduct regular visits to local MRO facilities, performing cabin surveys, generating daily business, and supporting local production needs.
  • prepare detailed proposals and present to potential customers, outlining product specifications, project timelines, and pricing structures.
  • negotiate proposals and terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
  • collaborate closely with the local Operations Manager and Production Lead to develop customized solutions for clients and ensure smooth project execution.
  • serve as a trusted consultant for customers, offering expert advice on repair and refurbishment solutions tailored to their unique requirements.
  • develop and maintain strong customer relationships, striving for consistently high levels of satisfaction.
  • maintain accurate records of sales transactions, proposals, leads, and customer interactions.
  • meet and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and successful deal closures.
  • stay up to date of the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the aviation industry.
  • ensure adherence to aviation regulations and industry standards in all sales activities.
  • act as a representative of F/LIST in the market, embodying our values and commitments.
Youre a good fit if you....
  • have a diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • have several years of experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the aviation or aerospace sector.
  • exhibit exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • demonstrate high levels of motivation, with a performance-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach.
  • are capable of working autonomously and taking initiative, but are also a strong team-player.
  • are willing to travel.
