About MosaicMosaic International L.L.C is a leading healthcare & and education distribution player, headquartered in Oman and with a strong presence in UAE. Mosaic holds distribution rights across the region, representing some of the worlds leading healthcare partners and educational publishers since 2011.RoleWe are looking to add an Invoicing Executive to our growing team. We are looking for a dynamic individual contributor with excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and oral communication skills, and can operate at a high level of numerical accuracy. Responsibilities

  1. Be the first point of contact with a diverse group of customers, predominantly finance and purchase departments of healthcare service providers
  2. Generate quotations and prepare complex proposals as required
  3. Coordinate invoice submission by ensuring all the supplies are invoiced to the customer accurately and promptly.
  4. Identify, expedite, or escalate any issues likely to impact or delay the billing
  5. Liaise with Functional teams i.e. Logistics, Sales & Finance
  6. Ensure all credit notes are prepared timely as soon as approval is received
  7. Follow up on pending LPOs
  8. Assist and support in ad hoc tasks relating to billing and process
  9. Maintaining accurate data and protecting confidential information
  10. Ensure a complete historical record of all invoices and supporting documents is maintained and preserved
QualificationBachelors in Commerce, Bachelors in Business Administration, Experience1-2 years of relevant experience in the region. PreferencePrevious experience in the Healthcare distribution sectorAvailable to join immediatelySkills
  1. Excellent knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel
  2. Excellent data analysis skills and attention to detail
  3. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage workflow to meet individual and team production standards.
  4. Excellent English Written and oral Communication skills.
  5. Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong bias for action.
