Design of Services contract structuring is preferable.?Long-term experience in selling IT, Remote IT Services & IT infrastructure services experience?Knowledge of ITSM tool, ITIL Framework terminology, methodology.?Thoroughly knowledge and understanding of tools for Help Desk, Asset Management, Patch Management, Endpoints Management, Networking Monitoring Solution, Infrastructure Monitoring solutions, Avaya, Voice solution, Security tools and Automation.?A candidate must possess experience in Infrastructure Services Sales in Networking, Hybrid IT, and Security. ( Solution Sales/Managed Service/Professional Services/ AMC/ Infra Managed Services/ Migration Services etc)?Knowledge about Cloud services, Managed Services, security, and professional services for modern workplace.?Should have good knowledge of office 365 services and sales.
