Job Description

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is in the Regional Middle East team that is part of the Global Business department of Airbus Defence & Space. The position reports to the Head of Region Middle East and is based in Dubai, UAE.The role of theKey Account Manager is to : - Develop a thorough and deep knowledge of the assigned customer accounts by establishing regular contacts, developing confident relationships throughout the customer organization, knowing in depth the customer procurement process and identifying the key factors in the customers decision making process.- Provide insights to marketing plans.- Foster customer loyalty, accountable to represent internally the Voice of the Customer Lead and play a leading role in the campaign team including capture plan (eg campaign strategy).- Contribute to operational forecast planning and reviews with all relevant stakeholders.- Lead and communicate the country strategy.- Lead, in coordination with relevant stakeholders, public relations and communication operations linked to specific sales campaigns.- Supervise fulfilment of contractual commitments from and towards Airbus, including payments, when appropriate.- Initially accounts include Lebanon, Kuwait, Iraq, Pakistan (and watching brief on Iran, Syria, Afghanistan and Yemen).This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Companys success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company:Airbus Africa and Middle East FZEEmployment Type:Permanent-------Experience Level:ProfessionalJob Family:Sales, Marketing & Commercial Contracts By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
