Job Description

Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for an Odoo Support Specialist. The Odoo Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to our DEV and CRM teams with Odoo software. They will troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions, and will work closely with the development team to escalate complex issues. Additionally, the Odoo Support Specialist will create a modules etc. Qualifications

  • Experience using and supporting Odoo software (OpenERP)
  • Demonstrated expertise in Python programming language and PostgreSQL database administration
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies and practices
  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in software support, customer service, or related field
  • Excellent knowledge about Odoo Software
