Our client is a rapidly growing Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation center based in Dubai, providing in-clinic & in-home services, focusing on well-being & rehabilitation. Some of the services they offer are Physiotherapy, Assisted Stretching, Sports Massage, Dry Needling and Dry Cupping. The clinic aims to provide personalized and comprehensive physiotherapy services that empower patients to achieve their optimal health and wellness, helping individuals regain mobility, manage pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. As part of their growth strategy, they are expanding their team, and looking to hire a Physiotherapist, who will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients experiencing physical limitations due to injury, illness, disability, or aging.Responsibilities would include:

1. Perform thorough physical examinations, evaluate functional abilities, and review medical histories to determine the nature and extent of musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular, or other physical impairments.
2. Formulate accurate physiotherapy diagnoses based on clinical findings and relevant tests.
3. Treatment Planning: Design individualized treatment programs involving manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, electrophysical modalities, and patient education to address specific patient needs and goals.
4. Safely and effectively administer a range of physiotherapy interventions in accordance with professional standards of practice.
5. Evaluate patient response to treatment, modify treatment plans as needed, and accurately document progress toward established goals.
6. Educate patients and their families/caregivers about their conditions, the potential benefits of physiotherapy, self-management strategies, and exercises to promote ongoing recovery.
7. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Requirements for the role:

• DHA Licensed
• 2 to 3+ years of experience as a Physiotherapist in UAE
• Dry Needling and Manual Therapy skills are a requisite
• Preferably based in UAE currently
• Proactive personality
• Flexibility, in terms of work schedule during events
