Maximize the revenue potential from Batteries to meet the Individual Brands Sales performance objectives within the UAE Market & Export.
Map prospects in the Target Industry and connect with key decision-makers/influencers to drive the sales process independently.
Set goals, plan targets, manage projects, manage risks involved, calculate budgets and time on projects.
Generate leads and increase the sales volume.
Provide realistic sales closure forecasts on a regular basis
Assist OPM- T&B in ensuring P&L is positively maintained and sufficient margins are kept as per objectives.
Assist OPM- T&B in planning of annual pricing strategies for Batteries Division, ensuring achievement of annual budget and profit targets.
Deliver against our people strategy, maintain positive associate engagement.
Set Output KPIs that measure the success, quality and effectiveness of service delivery.
Develop and implement long-term strategic goals and objectives to meet business and growth objectives.
Maintains a professional service by establishing and enforcing organization standards and Quality Standards
Ensure services and products offered are to the expected standards and optimize the way these products or services are delivered.
Direct sales and technical support activities to maximize long term profitability.
