Job Description

Job Overview: The Real Estate Sales Agent is responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties. The agent should have a deep understanding of the real estate market, including current trends and property values, to provide the best advice and service to clients.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation: Meet with clients to determine their property needs and financial abilities; provide guidance and assist them in making informed decisions.
  2. Negotiation and Transaction Management: Facilitate negotiation processes, consult clients on prices, mortgages, market conditions, and related information, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
  3. Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and oversee the completion of legal documents and ensure compliance with local, state, and regulations.
  4. Network Building: Develop a network of contacts including realtors, attorneys, contractors, and other partners to enhance service quality and business growth.
  5. Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  6. Property Listing and Marketing: List and market properties for sale. This includes creating and distributing promotional material, hosting open houses, and utilizing online platforms to reach potential buyers or renters.
  7. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitive pricing.
Qualifications:
  • Real estate license as required.
  • Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson for three to five years.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate market conditions and current real estate regulations.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM system.
