ReceptionistJob Location : UAE:?Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.?Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.?Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.?Maintains security by monitoring visitors logbook and issuing visitors badge before entering to our premises.?Schedule appointments as per CEO/CFO request / (personal related work) as his secretary.?Responsible for NOW HEALTH submission of reimbursement for the entire member. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.?Order front office supplies/ Stationary and keep inventory of stock.?Meeting Room reservations Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning & printing.
