Job Description

Job ScopeThe Sales Operations Officer is accountable for providing visibility and monitoring abilities on forecast and attainment to management for performance and planning purposes. S/He provides the Sales team with all the tools and necessities to complete their business.Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the direct manager in forecasting cadence and management of reporting for reviews;
  • Track and report on account planning of top accounts through tools and meetings with sales;
  • Follow up and coordinate with the Sales team on their daily operational activities, act as a reference point and assist when and as needed;
  • Look into sales history and breakdowns on a global level, analyze regional performances on product lines and pricings and attend to technical issues when needed;
  • Escalate & track issues shared by the sales as and when needed via directing the requests to correct path to resolution;
  • Work with different departments and operational tasks to support the management and sales people in obtaining their objectives.
Position Requirements / Qualifications/Skills
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any other related field
  • Experience with salesforce, excel
  • Experience with forecasting process as cadence
  • Familiar and better to have experience in tracking large accounts and knowleget about account planning.
  • Experience in tracking the top 100-120 accounts with the relevant account / country Manager in the region on daily weekly basis.
