  • ATS Implementation Leadership:
    • Partner with other senior leaders to oversee the end-to-end implementation of the new system, from customization to testing and deployment.
    • Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration and data security.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for the system implementation, aligning technology solutions with the companys recruitment goals.
    • Provide insights and recommendations on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR technology.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Partner with HR leaders, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the system meets the organisations needs.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, including software vendors/consultants.
  • Change Management:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to the new system across the organisation.
    • Provide training and support to HR teams and end-users, ensuring a high level of comfort and proficiency with the new system.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the system and regularly evaluate its performance against set benchmarks.
    • Continuously optimise the system to improve efficiency, user experience, and overall functionality.
Qualifications & ExperienceQualifications:Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in HR, Information Technology, or any other relevant field. Masters degree is a plus.Experience:8+ years of proven experience in managing HR technology projects, with a focus on ATS/CRM implementation.Knowledge/skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Avature ATS/Onboarding/CRM systems is required
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions.
