Job Title: Project Manager - Interior Design and FitoutCompany Overview: We are a leading interior design and fitout company specializing in creating inspiring spaces for offices and homes. From conceptualization to execution, we provide comprehensive solutions tailored to meet our clients needs, ensuring a seamless transition from design to reality.Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of interior design and fitout projects, both for offices and villa renovations, from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of interior design and fitout projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.Collaborate closely with the design team to translate design concepts into actionable project plans.Manage all aspects of project procurement, including sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and selecting subcontractors/vendors.Coordinate with authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits for project implementation.Oversee onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.Manage project finances, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and preparing financial reports for stakeholders.Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a must.Minimum 10 years of experience working in the interior design and fitout industry, with relevant project management experience.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.Proficiency in industry-specific software for recording and tracking project progress.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.Health insuranceA dynamic and collaborative work environment with a focus on creativity and innovation.Application Instructions:
