Job Description

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Specialist in Pediatric Critical Care to join our team. As a Specialist in Pediatric Critical Care you will be responsible for providing specialized care to critically ill children.Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and diagnosing critically ill children
  • Providing immediate and appropriate critical care interventions
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
  • Monitoring and evaluating the progress of pediatric patients
  • Performing procedures and administering medications
  • Providing support and education to patients and their families
  • Participating in research and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist in Pediatric Critical Care
  • Completion of a residency program in Pediatrics
  • Fellowship training in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine
  • Proven experience in managing critically ill pediatric patients
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric critical care protocols and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
