Support sponsorship team to execute multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines. Liaise and coordinate with vendors, contractors and other 3rd parties to ensure smooth functioning of the event .Main Responsibilities-

  • Contracting process with sponsors and vendors and all other necessary event documentation
  • Manage multiple tasks and maintain records of sales data.
  • Data entry into the system
  • Invoicing, payment follow-up and collection
  • Coordinating with venues to ensure all requirements are met for the event.
  • Coordinating the event logistics
  • Weekly sales report generation
  • Preparation of proposal and PPT presentations
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients via telephone calls and emails.
  • Representing MCI at trade exhibitions, events and roadshows.
Job Requirements-Min 2 years of experience in coordinator / operations roles in the events industry . Good communication skills (Fluency in written & spoken English). Organization skills to manage multiple tasks.Specific Skills-

  • Time Management
  • Use of Technology based on latest trends in the event industry
  • Willingness to travel
  • Microsoft office is mandatory.
  • UAE driving license is a plus.
  • Must be a self-starter and motivator
