Description: Duties & Responsibilities :. Record daily employee clock-in and clock-out times through manual or electronic timekeeping systems.. Monitor and document breaks, lunches, and overtime hours worked.. Ensure that timekeeping entries are accurate and in compliance with company policies and labor laws.. Ensure the accuracy of the facilitys inventory system by updating records.. Responsible for packing, pricing, labelling, and returning supplies.. Responsible for shipping cancelled or damaged items back to suppliers as appropriate.. Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile them with purchase orders.. Helping the sales team by loading and offloading the stocks daily.. Helping the sales team with the delivery process if needed.. -Should be well-versed with MS Office / Excel / computer packages. -Should have good knowledge of maintaining stock data / inventory management.
