Telecom SupervisorJob Location : UAEJob Details :•Providing leadership and direction to a team of telecommunications technicians, offering guidance, training, and performance assessments to ensure the teams efficiency and effectiveness;•Collaborating closely with project managers and engineers to develop telecommunications specifications, installation plans, and maintenance schedules;•Developing and implementing maintenance strategies, inspection plans, and reliability programs to maximize the performance and longevity of telecommunications systems;•Conducting regular inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of telecommunications systems to identify issues, recommend corrective actions, and minimize downtime;•Monitoring the performance of telecommunications equipment, analyze data, and implement predictive maintenance practices to optimize operations;•Ensuring strict compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations, fostering a safe work environment for the team and project personnel;•Coordinating with procurement to guarantee the availability of essential telecommunications components, spare parts, tools, and materials;•Collaborating with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to oversee telecommunications servicing, repairs, and upgrades;•Actively participating in root cause analysis and failure investigations, implementing corrective actions to prevent future telecommunications system failures;•Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including equipment manuals, maintenance records, and operating procedures;•Contributing to the development of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives related to telecommunications systems and maintenance processes.•Bachelors degree in Telecommunications Engineering;•10+ years of experience during Commissioning phase of Polyethyleane projects.
