Description: Roles and Responsibilities:Maintain compliance with all school bus transportation laws and safety regulations through ongoing coordination with drivers and bus helpers.Coordinate with drivers and helpers to distribute route materials, track student ridership and respond to inquiries promptly.Respond to inquiries and concerns from students/parents in a timely manner.Communicate routes, schedules and updates to drivers and helpers on a daily basis to ensure smooth operations with the help of foremen.Continuously liaise with drivers and helpers to handle real-time issues like traffic, breakdowns or emergencies and ensure schools, Parents/Students are notified of delays.Oversee record keeping of student details, driver/helper training through consistent coordination.Conduct regular route evaluations and safety meetings with drivers and helpers to review protocols and resolve issues along with foremen.Address any disciplinary concerns through close collaboration with drivers, helpers, and school administrators.Schedule and track vehicle services and inspections by coordinating with the maintenance team.Gather driver and helper feedback to improve policies, address grievances and engage them proactivelyQualifications:At least 2 years of experience in a transportation coordinator or logistics role, preferably in school bus transportation.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to multi-task and handle pressure efficiently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Possess a valid UAE drivers license.
