IT ManagerJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:?Implement policies, procedures, and systems that will help maintain the security and efficiency of all our IT infrastructure.?Manage and maintain our hardware, software, networking, and security systems so they?re up-to-date and working well.?Keep our website, intranet, and other online systems running smoothly and ensure they?re user-friendly and meeting our business needs.?Lead our IT team in providing technical support to all our employees and ensure that any IT-related issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.?Manage the IT budget for the group, ensuring that all expenditures are within budget and aligned with our business objectives.?Foster strong relationships with external vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure we get the best possible IT services and systems.?Stay on top of emerging technologies and industry trends, so we can recommend new and innovative IT solutions that will support our business.?Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans, so our IT systems can keep operating even if there?s a major disruption or disaster.Job Details :?A bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.?7+ years of experience in IT management, preferably in a corporate environment.?Certifications on MCSE, CCNP, and related IT Fields is preferred.?Proven experience in managing complex IT systems, including hardware, software, networking, and security systems.?Strong technical knowledge of enterprise-level IT systems and infrastructure, including Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, Firewall, virtualization etc.?Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high levels of performance.?Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.?Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT issues.?Experience in developing and implementing IT policies, procedures, and systems.?Knowledge of UAE laws and regulations related to IT management is preferred.
