To monitor and achieve KPI for mechanical maintenance by using SAP.2. Control and guide to maintenance crew to repair machine and troubleshooting of breakdown.3. To understand AutoCAD mechanical drawings tolerances for fabrication of the spare parts.4. Knowledge of materials required for fabrication.5. Different type of lubrication oil and grease used for machineries.6. Knowledge of accuracy and tolerance to be kept during assembling of mechanical parts of various machines including ccv line.7. Installation of the machines8. Repair and troubleshooting of LV and HV cables manufacturing machines.9. Alignment and levelling of the machines10. Alignment of gearbox, shafts ,pulleys , couplings and under rollers of the DT-3000 Machines.11. Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulics systems.12. Coordinate with Production for improvement in performance of machines and productivity.13. To guide maintenance crew to carry out Routine Maintenance (RM) and Preventive Maintenance (PM).14. Analysis of monthly breakdown and spare parts consumption report from SAP.15. Verify and approve the request of spare parts16. To upgrade and develop to subordinates17. Maintain & improve QMS system as per ISO 9001 and BASEC PCR standard18. To order the spare parts and maintain safety stock of strategic and critical spare parts.19. 8-10 Year working experienced as Maintenance Engineer in Cables Industry.
