ú Develop a good understanding of the overall KYC operations process and support the teamú Initiation and preparation of onboarding the KYC processú End to end KYC Customer Due Diligence (CDD)ú Verify account opening forms have been completed adequatelyú Collecting and Organizing documents and extracts relevant data to support the KYC process.ú Conduct Name screening, due diligence, and Adverse Media matchesú Work in close and continuous collaboration with other team members and stakeholders to resolve any issues on daily tasks.ú Review Sanctions Questionnaires, AML and relevance and completion of the Customer Risk Assessmentú Managing the workflow and timely submission to the final approvers.ú Arrange, prepare, document and facilitate for the final approval for the KYC file.ú Keep accurate track record of all assigned requests; from receipt through execution of requests.ú Align with internal stake holders to provide clarity on the KYC file during such processú Identify opportunities for continuous improvements On-boarding & KYC related systems, processes and practices based on risks and control deficiencies identifiedEducational Qualification:ú Bachelors degree or higher in Management, Banking or Financeú Minimum 6 months to 2 years of working experience in Compliance, KYC/AML/CFTú Certification in Compliance, KYC/AML/CFT would be preferredMinimum Requirement:ú Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPointú Well-developed interpersonal, problem-solving and influencing skillsú Exhibit high willingness to collaborate with all levels of the organizationú Solution driven
