Job Description

Talent Acquisition OfficerJob Location : Dubai Responsibilities:?Leading the process of creating the company?s manpower plan by coordinating with department heads and project managers to identify current/ future needs.?Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions, interview guides, and candidate evaluation criteria.?Being proactively identifying and sourcing candidates for available opportunities.?Creating and managing candidate talent pools for future requirements.?Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across various departments and job levels.?Develop company?s recruitment policies and procedures and follow up implementation.?Develop an exceptional recruiting/sourcing strategies and processes.?Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.?Conduct pre-screening interviews and evaluate candidates against job requirements and organizational culture fit.?Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates and follow up regarding their feedback.?Develop interviewing and shortlisting methodologies including technical tests wherever applicable.?Conduct reference checks and negotiate job offers with selected candidates.?Coordinate and manage the entire pre-joining and onboarding process.?Following up on conducting the performance evaluation before the end of the probation period.?Conduct exit interviews with leaving staff and maintain a feedback report to be presented to the management on monthly base.?Build relationships with external recruiting partners, such as staffing agencies and job boards, to ensure a strong talent pipeline.?Ensure compliance with local and national labor laws and regulations.Qualifications:?At least 10 years? experience working in talent acquisition jobs with at least 5 years? experience in Construction (Civil Main Contracting Companies) in UAE.?Bachelor?s degree in human resources / Business Administration
