1.˙Responsible for all activities related to customs import and export DXB/DWC/SHJ Air & Sea Freight clearance in Dubai trade system.2.˙Carry out inspection booking, apply online for various controlling authority approvals, e-claim submissions, document submission, VAT return documentation, Client registration (New3.˙Importer code / Renew Importer code), Gate passes, apply for customs broker cards, Importer4.˙Monitor Exit Entry certificates to ensure submission on time before expiry to customs.5.˙Accurate customs clearance submission monitoring to ensure no delay in clearance & customs inspection clearance.6.˙Effectively maintain CDR, standing Guarantee Account within stipulated time frame and avoid any FINES/PENALTIES.7.˙Prepare Export shipping Documents such as Certificate of Organ, Commercial Invoice and packing List.8.˙To ensure the Exit certificate and standing guarantee are submitted on time and follow up with Dubai customers for refund claim9.˙Sea Air Handling DWC/SHJ port and out & Transit to Air / Freezone transit to destination10.˙Scrutinize the shipping documents to check whether they comply with customs requirements.
