Our team partners with the business to effectively enable and sustain change to improve our performance.Partner with the bestAs a Field Operator - Tubular Running Services (TRS) you will provide support for the Tubular Running Services division. You will oversee operational work to ensure pre-job checks and basic on-site maintenance are carried out safely. You will work under your own initiative to fulfill your role and meet the client?s needs.As a Field Operator, you will be responsible for:£˜˜˜˜˜˜ Carrying out the operations requested in accordance with the operative programs and procedures established and agreed on by the CONTRACTOR and COMPANY.£˜˜˜˜˜˜ Using and good functioning of the surface equipment used for pumping operations.£˜˜˜˜˜˜ Providing maintenance and functional controls of the surface equipment, so that said equipment is in perfect working order and interruptions in the service are prevented.£˜˜˜˜˜˜ Providing for the extraordinary maintenance of pump and surface equipment at the onshore and offshore sitesFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:£˜˜˜˜˜˜ Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in hydraulic frac operations£˜˜˜˜˜˜ Have a diploma or higher (two year technical degree preferred)£˜˜˜˜˜˜ Have industry experience and product line training£˜˜˜˜˜˜ Have a thorough understanding of machines, tools, and banding materials£˜˜˜˜˜˜ Have excellent communication and problem solving skills£˜˜˜˜˜˜ Have excellent interpersonal and team working skillsWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.£˜˜˜˜˜˜ This role is a shift based working pattern.
