Your tasks and responsibilities Create/Review project cost calculation as part of the total offer calculation; Partnering sales team members and act as their trusted advisor in providing customers with a unique experience; Ensure adherence to internal policies and guidelines such as Limit of Authority (LoA), Credit Committee and FinRisk directive; Determines SHS favorable contract conditions (e.g., payment terms etc.) to positively impact a later cash collection; Uses standardized and modularized offer elements to reduce complexity, increase order quality and therefore optimize order clarification; Understand implement and continuously improve processes to achieve department goals, quality objectives and Company mission; Support Sales team during contract negotiation phase; Identifies risks towards e.g. feasibility, timeline and defines respective mitigation measures; Strong collaboration and alignment with all stakeholders such as Sales team and Technical Business Managers; Handles all price related topics with complete confidentiality internally and externally. Your qualifications and experience £ Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent; £ Minimum 5-7 years? experience in bid proposal ; £ Fluent level in English and Arabic; £ Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; £ Very advanced time management skills, know how to adjust own behavior under stress; £ Strong follow up skills; £ Strong business acumen and know how to flex own style towards various business demands; £ Proactively collaborate and positively react towards win/win targets together with Sales team; £ Completely focusing on providing ultimate support on achieving targets.
