Coordinate prospective residents, create guest cards, and input their information into database.Know how to present of the building?s amenities and apartments to prospective residents.Assist prospective residents with the application process.Conduct lease signing and ensure accuracy of all lease documents.Ensure approved applicants? move-in process is smooth.Communication with residents regarding maintenance issues, lease renewals, and resolve any concerns.Work closely with the management team to ensure that the apartment community is meeting targeted occupancy and revenue goals.Position may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities as needed and when requested.
