Responsible for Consulting, implementing, developing, and supporting Treasury, risk management, and Debt Management system and familiar with FIS Quantum Product.? To work out together with the business users and IT Department the system development plan in terms of task force allocation, time frame, manpower, and cost involved.? To conduct a feasibility study and ensure the business requirement document (BRD) including the process flow, accounting flow, and system control/reporting procedures.? To review and examine the system specification from IT to ensure that the system design meets our business requirements and to monitor the progress of the system development.? To work with the end-users and IT in preparation of test case scenarios and participate in UAT and implementation.? To communicate effectively and work in line with other departments including Risk, IT, Audit, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Debt Management Office to ensure that all scenarios are met to ensure that all scenarios are met and business requirements are based on international best practices.
