  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with Dubais real estate market and regulations
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • A strong drive to succeed and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in using real estate software such as CRM and MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
  • Fluent in English and preferably in one additional language
