Job Description

We seek an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our team in Cairo, Egypt.As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online sales platform and ensuring the success of our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, focusing on driving sales, improving user experience, and optimizing conversion rates.Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets
  2. Manage all aspects of the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management
  3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, website traffic, and customer engagement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce, and implement innovative strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
  6. Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may impact the success of the e-commerce platform
  7. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners, such as payment processors, shipping providers, and technology providers
  8. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to e-commerce, such as data protection and consumer rights
  9. Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in e-commerce, and make recommendations for new tools and technologies that could improve efficiency and effectiveness
Preferred Candidate:
  1. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a similar industry
  2. Demonstrated success in driving online sales and achieving revenue targets
  3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Experience with e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify or Magento
  6. Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with optimizing website content for search engines
  7. Understanding of user experience principles and ability to identify and resolve usability issues
  8. Experience with digital marketing, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing
  9. Knowledge of online payment systems and experience with managing payment gateways
  10. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong project management skills
