Job Description

Reputable Retail companies require many positions in the Asir area ( Abha & Khamis Mushait)Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the business and ensure sales goals are met
  • Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory-taking, reconciling cash, and managing in-store marketing
  • Assigns duties to relevant employees
  • Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Track and manage inventory at the store
  • Head cashiering
  • Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
  • Oversee stock and store operations
  • Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
  • Hire, train, and assess store employees productivity and performance.
  • Develop comprehensive sales and distribution strategy to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage the retail outlets of the organization and oversee their compliance with relevant company policies.
  • Formulate selling and distributing protocols after analyzing the organizations targets.
  • Facilitate the organizations brand outreach by participating in marketing events like tradeshows and product launches.
You will work to foster customer loyalty and expand our brand presence. The ideal candidate will spearhead these efforts with a customer-centric attitude.
