Job Description

We seek an experienced Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team.Contract Duration: 1 YearCandidates who can join immediately are only preferred for this position.Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed product knowledge databases, including specifications, key features, troubleshooting information, and FAQs.
  • Assist in developing product content for marketing materials, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to understand product changes and updates, and communicate these effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the marketing team by participating in product demonstrations and presentations at trade shows, webinars, and other events.
  • Provide expert advice and support to sales and customer service teams, helping to resolve complex product inquiries and issues.
