This role requires a dynamic professional who can combine their business acumen with digital marketing expertise to drive growth and increase brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Arabic languages to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders in both regions. Should have a proven track record in business development and possess a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.Your responsibilities will include:Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for business expansion.Digital Marketing:Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.Optimize website content, landing pages, and user journeys to enhance online visibility and conversion rates.Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement, to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, and recommend innovative strategies to achieve marketing goals.Collaboration and Reporting:Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development and marketing efforts.Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development activities, digital marketing performance, and key metrics for management review.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market research to drive informed business decisions.Stay informed about industry developments, market conditions, and competitor strategies to ensure a competitive edge.Ideal CandidateFluency in both English and Arabic languages is essential in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A relevant masters degree is a plus.Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in a B2B as well as B2C environment.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and tools.Proficient in utilizing digital marketing platforms such as social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and negotiate with clients.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of our organization by combining business development strategies with digital marketing expertise.
