Job Description

Strategic partnerships have led to the continuous expansion of our geographical presence.The JobYou will be responsible for :Provides legal consultation and/or solutions to the legal concerns and problems of Sharaka and its subsidiaries.Reviews various contracts, such as but not limited to lease contracts, supplier contracts, and franchise contracts, and makes necessary recommendations and revisions to make sure that each provision is aligned to the business goals and protects the best interests of the company.Acts as a house lawyer and drafts a statement of defense and/or claimsPrepares the minutes of the meetings for the board meeting and general assembly meeting.Negotiates the company?s rights and obliagations and advises the company and its management on their duties, obligations, and liabilities under relevant laws and regulatory contracts.Assumes the responsibility of the group legal manager in his absence.Initiates the development of a legal document management system.Files the legal case and represents the company in legal proceedings and/or before courts in suits involving the company and its interests, including but not limited to intellectual property, labor, civil, and criminal cases.Performs the legal procedures related to the resolution of rental disputes.Deals with the legal proceedings required by the police and public prosecution whenever needed.Draft letters, notices, and other legal reports related to rental disputes, police and public prosecution, and other legal proceedings.Processes the notarization of the contracts in a timely manner.Monitors the status of the company?s business undertaking at various government authorities, such as the Supreme Education Council, the Ministry of Environment, Industry, and Power, the Ministry of Municipality, and Urban Planning.Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Ideal CandidateYou have at least 7 years experience within a Legal Counsel / In-house Counsel or Legal Secretary role, ideally within the Professional Services and Real Estate industry.You have solid experience in .You possess strong commercial and stakeholder management skills.Prior in-house experience would be an advantage.Ref: WJWOLXD884 Company Profile Snaphunt is a specialist recruiting platform that takes the pain out of hiring and job searching.
